How can I find out the status of an application?
When making the first exchange on our website, automatic registration is provided. A letter with a password to enter your personal account will be sent to the mail you specified in the application. The login to enter your personal account is the mail to which you received the password. In your personal account in the section my applications, a list of all completed exchange operations is presented, where you can familiarize yourself with the status of the application and receive detailed information on each exchange. The history of your exchanges is stored in your personal account for 31 days, after which it is deleted. If you need information on the exchange that was completed earlier, you can contact the technical support service.
